The Angel Healing Room

IMG_0647_2

The Angel Healing Room is one of my favourite creative visualisations.

You will need to set aside around 30 minutes, with no interruptions from people, pets, mobile phones…

  • Sit or lie in a comfortable position,
  • Close your eyes,
  • Set an intention for your healing needs to be met,
  • Imagine yourself walking towards a room, where you will be greeted by your guardian angel(s),
  • Enter the healing room and greet your angel(s),
  • There is a healing couch in the centre, and the walls are lined with shelves of healing potions, including aromatherapy oils, flower essences, herbal medicines, vitamins…
  • Your guardian angel may ask you to lie on the couch, while they give you any necessary healing,
  • You may also hear advice regarding small changes you need to make to your lifestyle,
  • Relax and enjoy your healing experience,
  • Your angel(s)  will guide you when the healing has ended,
  • Imagine yourself standing up to leave the Angel Healing Room,
  • Give thanks to your guardian angel(s),
  • Take time to come back to reality, and open your eyes,
  • Sip a glass of water slowly, and note any changes in how you are feeling,
  • Record your experiences in your diary or journal.

In the following days you may become aware of positive changes in your well being, and unexpected blessings…

I always feel so much better after this visualisation, thus it is a regular part of my self healing routine.

  1. Strange coincidence…. I’d just clicked to sign up for the Doreen Virtue Hay House World Angel Summit which consists of access to 15 learning videos from the 22nd Feb. The very next email I opened was the link to this post… Yep.. the Angel’s are waiting and I’ll definitely be doing this meditation – thank you Brigid! x

  2. It was peaceful just reading your words and I felt a healing touch – I’m in the middle of caring for an aging parent who has presented with a myriad of ailments and challenges all at once. As a cancer survivor, I have to make time for self-care in the middle of all this – your words have helped me today to let go and simply be.

  3. Great coincidence, I do visualisation. But my story is bit diffrent from yours. First I imagine one by one all my body parts are relaxing. Then I am taking myself into an immaginary beack, where you are gaining positive energy and leaving all the impure thoughts!! Thats how I start my early day. Feel so relaxed, fresh and full of energy all long day. Thanks for this great post Brigid.

  4. Lovely. Angel healing is the most soothing thing I have ever experienced and it’s something I recommend to those around me. I would love to hear more about your angelic experiences. Personally I’ve had more than plenty.
