  2. Wow! Brigid, this is a superb review, Congratulations!! I love the start of your book, the mention of the Tom Jones concert (seen him live a couple of times as well and had the best time!). Jena has been deeply touched by your book and your inspiration and lessons of well-being are much needed in today’s world. I like how she points out the scope of your book through the mention of the other sections. Here is to going slow and ‘feeling groovy’! xx
