Oh wow, this is such a good idea! For the price you actually get quite a lot, both in terms of access to things for yourself (like PW issues) and promotion for you/your book. It’s great you’ve been listed! Very helpful for those looking to get their name ‘out there’ a little more 😄

I tried applying once for publishers weekly, though if I remember correct, it was for a free review. Can’t remember why I didn’t though. I’ll take a look at the second link. thanks for sharing!
