The Garden in March

  A view across the garden last Sunday evening March has (mostly) been warmer than usual.  Weekend temperatures soared into the high teens, a welcome reprieve after the inclement weather of our St Patrick’s Day festivities. Flowers in Bloom – Clematis

Clematis montana Vera If you have a pergola, fences or walls in need of a floral disguise, Clematis is a worthy candidate.  She will sprint into growth, providing masses of delicate flowers. I have several varieties of Clematis in shades of pink, white, blue and red. Vera is my first late spring/early summer species.  Isn’t she lovely!
